Strategic Business Development Manager

Job Role:
Drive business growth by developing and executing project development strategies aligned with market trends and investor requirements. Collaborate with private equity investors and Fin-tech firms to secure funding and manage profitability. Key responsibilities include:
- Due Diligence of Land Sales and ensuring smooth business development operations.
- Contractual claims management and RERA progress updates with customer sales performance.
- Developing Annual Operating Plans (AOP) using NPV, NCF, CAPEX, and OPEX to ensure profitable business strategies.
- Identifying development opportunities, land valuation, deal structuring, design feasibility, and formulating business plans that meet key functional objectives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to run commercial diagnostics and make recommendations for improving constructive sales performance.
- Working with resources to mobilize, deploy, and utilize resources in pursuit of organizational objectives. Formulating AOP, Marketing & Sales Plans to determine optimal product launch timelines based on volume and pricing.
- Providing data analytics support for consulting engagements, delivering strategic performance insights for key decision-making.
- Planning, reviewing, and monitoring recovery plans for adverse trends, dynamic forecasts for remaining activities, and analysis of constraints and problems.
- Developing and implementing cost control sheets for various business operations.
