Requirements:

 

  • Strong understanding of insurance products, financial services, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications in insurance or financial planning are advantageous.
