Senior Canada IT Recruiter

(India Night Shift)

We are hiring experienced recruiters to join our Canada staffing team. The ideal candidates will be technically strong and capable of handling IT contract roles. Prior experience with leading staffing firms is required.

Role and Responsibilities:

6 to 9 years of experience in US/Canada IT recruitment & sourcing.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Canada IT staffing.

Strong experience hiring T4/W2 candidates for full-time and contract positions.

Strong experience hiring Canadian Citizens and Green Card holders.

Understand each job description and come up with creative ways to recruit the best talent for our direct clients.

Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects using Oorwin ATS

Source and recruit candidates using job boards, internal databases, social media, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Night Shift as per Canada hours
