About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Lead to spearhead our Canada hiring practice, with a strong focus on federal and provincial government clients. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of the Canada staffing market, proven expertise in federal account hiring, and the ability to manage and scale multiple strategic accounts. This is a leadership-driven, high-impact role for someone who thrives in client-focused delivery and is passionate about building a specialized Canada practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for federal, strategic consulting clients and provincial government clients in Canada.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with federal compliance requirements and account-specific needs.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering for Canada accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery, satisfaction, and account growth.
- Track market trends, government RFPs, and demand pipelines to stay ahead of hiring needs.
- Drive aggressive growth in the Canada business segment by owning delivery accountability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, with at least 3+ years in Canada hiring.
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial government client requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Proven success in managing volume hiring and niche requirements for both government and consulting accounts.
- Ability to handle multiple high-demand accounts simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading a team and driving account-focused delivery.
- Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and sourcing platforms in the Canada market.
