About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hiring manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts in Canada, focusing on government clients.

This is a leadership-driven role for someone who thrives in client-focused delivery and is passionate about building a specialized practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for federal and strategic consulting clients in Canada.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with government compliance requirements.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering for Canada accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring consistent delivery and satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, government RFPs, and demand pipelines to stay ahead of hiring needs.
  • Drive aggressive growth in the Canada business segment by owning delivery accountability.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3+ years in Canada hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of government client requirements and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven success in managing volume hiring and niche requirements for both government and consulting accounts.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-demand accounts simultaneously with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience leading a team and driving account-focused delivery.
  • Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and sourcing platforms in the Canada market.
