Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US/Canada IT Recruiter located in Noida. The Canada IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT positions. The role involves understanding the technical requirements of job openings, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The recruiter will also be responsible for managing job postings and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and IT Recruitment skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of the latest recruitment trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
