**Position**: Sales Recruiter (US/Canada Staffing)
**Location**: [Sector 63, Noida]
**Shift**: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for an energetic **Sales Recruiter** to join our US/Canada Recruitment team. This role involves handling **end-to-end sales recruitment processes**, building client relationships, and achieving placement targets for IT & Non-IT positions in the North American market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with US/Canada clients and understand job requirements.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with consultants and vendors.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring & sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 0.6 - 3 years of experience in **US/Canada IT/Non-IT Recruitment** or BPO/KPO sales.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English must be strong).
- Comfortable working in **night shift**.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
