Role/Job Title:  Channel Sales Manager

Function/ Department: Toll and Transit

Roles & Responsibility:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve FASTag sales targets.  Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, monitor industry trends and stay ahead of competition.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders in the Banking and FASTag ecosystem. Stay abreast of the latest developments in FASTag technology and regulations, ensuring all stakeholders and partners are well- trained on these.  Lead and motivate the sales team to drive results, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.  Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.  Work with Product and tech team to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer First solutions.  Training of larger team and partners on new product features and processes  Data Analysis study to understand the business dynamics and prepare the strategies accordingly.  Report management  Responsible for assigned business P&L

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Any Graduate

Post Graduation: Any Post Graduate

Professional Qualification/Certification: Any Professional Degree

Experience:  2 to 5 of experience in sales
