Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Area Sales Manager - Pune & Goa to join our client place based at Pune/Goa. The position is based in Pune/Goa and requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence within the given territory. Experience in lead generation, HORECA, and FMCG Sales is mandatory for this role. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives to meet revenue and growth targets. Lead the sales team in the designated territory, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve collective goals. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth within the market. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes while maintaining company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations and customer service excellence. Analyze sales data and trends to create detailed reports and forecasts for higher management review. Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in sales with demonstrated ability to achieve targets consistently. Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) is essential to identify potential clients and create strong sales pipelines. In-depth knowledge and experience in HORECA (Mandatory skill), ensuring effective engagement with the hospitality sector. FMCG Sales experience (Mandatory skill) required, focusing on fast-moving consumer goods sector. Territory Management expertise to efficiently govern sales operations and optimize resource allocation. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and build lasting partnerships with clients. Proficient in team leadership, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and growth. Analytical skills for market analysis, enabling strategic decision-making based on current trends and data. Experience in sales forecasting to predict future sales trends and prepare actionable strategies.
