Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team.
Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead information, activities, and status updates.
Engage with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted lead generation campaigns, content, and messaging.
Conduct market research to identify new market segments, trends, and opportunities for lead generation.
Analyze lead generation metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, progress, and results to management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lead generation and sales.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development roles.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
Proficiency in CRM software, lead generation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and goals.
