Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Conduct research on potential customers and industries to identify their IT needs and pain points.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Engage with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and provide suitable IT solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our IT products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to deliver integration and implementation plans for clients.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive developments.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-3 years in IT sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
