Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager at Aroraa Real Estate located in Noida. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales operations within a specific geographic area. Your main duties will include setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated area
