Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
·
Serve as liaison with staff across all levels, employee well-being, project
updates, proposals, and planning.
·
Oversee daily operations in collaboration with department staff, and
perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, generating
correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files, planning
and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.
·
Assist in Director's corporate tasks and projects which include record
keeping, liaison, coordination, scheduling, monitoring projects, research
and analysis.
·
Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action
plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of
communications.
·
Organise and manage Chairman’s calendar and appointments. Arrange
and coordination with internal and external business meetings and social
events.
·
Assist in all ad-hoc assignments.
·
Be prepared for field work, overtime and flexible working hours as and
when required
Required skills and qualifications
·
2 to 5 years of experience in a executive assistant/Personal Secretary/
Administrative Assistant role.
·
Good in Calendar Management, Meeting Scheduling, MIS management,
Report Generation.
·
Travel planning and documentation for the CEO and other Senior leaders.
·
Can write Minutes of meeting and able to followup on with other
departments or vendors.
·
Experience in organising and directing multiple teams and departments.
·
Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
·
Diligently able to follow upon small detailing in all areas of work and
responsibilities.
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·
Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivityPreferred skills and qualifications
·
Any Bachelor’s degree from a reputed University.
·
Min. 2-3 yrs experience.
·
Flexible with time, Extended working hours. 6 days working. Includes Travel.
·
Experience in data analysis and budget management
·
Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
·
Fit and proper handling of confidential information is a must.
·
Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
·
Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental
communications
·
Proficient on Microsoft office like word, excel, power point presentation,
and outlook calendars.
·
Team management.
·
Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills within the
department.
·
Ability to work and be highly organised under pressure, able to prioritise
and handle multiple tasks.
