Job role - Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in software development to lead the development of our cutting-edge mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with previous experience as a front-end or back-end developer. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing successful projects and leading teams in the development of mobile applications using frameworks such as Flutter and React Native. If the candidate has experience in back-end development, they should have worked with Node.js.The candidate should currently hold the position of a Project Manager or Business Analyst and possess excellent communication skills. They should have managed at least two projects successfully and have experience in managing teams for mobile application development. The candidate should be comfortable working in a challenging environment, similar to that of a startup.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of mobile applications using Flutter and React Native frameworks- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks- Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders- Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with previous experience as a front-end or back-end developer- Currently holding the position of a Project Manager or Business Analyst- Experience in managing mobile application development projects using Flutter and React Native frameworks- If back-end experience, should have worked with Node.js- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously- Experience in project management tools and methodologies- Comfortable working in a challenging, startup-like environment- Willingness to work onsite in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Compensation:
The salary for this position starts from ₹50,000 per month. The candidate will be working 5 days a week.We encourage candidates who are looking for a more challenging and rewarding work environment to apply for this position
