MinimumRequirements:
* Bachelor s Degreeor equivalent having 8 years IT experience with minimum 4 years ofexperience in projectmanagement.
* Solid understandingof and experience in using appropriatetools:
* Microsoft Project Visioand all Office Tools
* Strongplanning and organizational skills with an ability to managecompeting demands.
* Strongleadership skills.
* Provenability to lead software implementation projects and ensureobjectives goals and commitments aremet.
* Excellent communicationfacilitation and presentation skills and experience interactingwith both business and IT individuals at all levels including theexecutivelevel.

PreferredQualifications
* Solidunderstanding of software development and implementation life cyclemodels as well as expert knowledge of project management principlesand practices and the ability to blend it in the right proportionsto fit a project and businessenvironment.
* 5 years ofexperience as a Project Manager managing large complex projects ina hightech development environment with multifunctionteams.
* Sufficient level oftechnical background to provide highly credible leadership toproject teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluatecomplex project risks andissues.
