ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college (B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCS)
Should have 11-13 years of hands-on experience in successfully delivering the managed development/testing/managed services projects in IT industry.
5+ years of experience in project management and leadership of diverse teams preferably Insurance Domain.
Primary function includes Project Management, Client Management and Team Leadership
Should be from technical background with ability to provide technology leadership to multiple projects / teams
Should have exposure on Microsoft technologies and knowledge of latest next gen technologies like .Net/Java, Sql Server/Oracle and AWS cloud etc.
Should have extensive development experience on ASP.Net Webform, .net core, SSRS, SSIS, Unit Test.
Hands-on experience of using Agile management tools such as TFS, ADO etc
Excellent organizational, coordination, people management and communication skills
Having Strong Logical skills and Problem-solving ability
Have experience in Leading, coordinating cross-functional distributed teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure.
Should be able to schedule, prepare and conduct formal customer meetings and reviews
Should be able to Inculcate innovation culture within the teams Identify and manage risks and issues.
