Job Title: Chief Manager - New Business Development

Location: Noida

Job Description:

In this role at Tata AIG, you will:

- Identify and prospect potential clients, strategic partners, and business opportunities within the insurance industry, aligned with company objectives and target markets.- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base, product offerings, and revenue streams within the insurance sector.- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the insurance industry through effective communication and negotiation.- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and untapped market segments within the insurance landscape.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for new business initiatives.- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients and partners within the insurance industry, showcasing the unique value proposition and benefits of partnering with our company.- Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts, agreements, and partnerships within the insurance sector, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of new business initiatives within the insurance industry, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for optimization.- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies within the insurance sector, and incorporate relevant insights into business development strategies.- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events within the insurance industry to enhance our brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field; MBA preferred.- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the insurance industry, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth.- Deep understanding of insurance products, services, and distribution channels, as well as regulatory requirements and compliance standards.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and value propositions to diverse stakeholders.- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities within the insurance sector.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and attend industry events.
