We are seeking a TA Lead with 12-15 years of experience to handle, end-to-end hiring for our Data Science/Data Analytics department. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing the entire hiring process for Data Science/AI roles.
The individual is responsible for planning and executing departmental fulfillment with a focus on time sensitivity. Additionally, they should adopt a consultative mindset when approaching future hiring plans. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated career stability.
Conduct requirement gathering and hold discussions about job descriptions for Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics departments.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution efforts to build a high-quality talent pool for current and future needs.
Engage with candidates, create brand awareness, and set appropriate expectations regarding compensation and internal growth opportunities.
Generate market intelligence reports to enhance planning.
Handle data for reporting and tracking purposes.
Ensure strict compliance with processes and best practices.
Play a pivotal role in identifying to onboarding leadership profiles with expertise in Data Science and ML.
Prioritize an excellent candidate experience.
Take ownership of the entire interview process and adhere to turnaround time (TAT) expectations.
Mentor and guide a team of 3 to 5 members, assisting them with tactical and strategic challenges.
Requirements:
Full-time MBA or Engineering Graduate with 12 – 15 years of experience
Skilled at collaborating with top executives
Excellent communication and articulation abilities
Experience in hiring from Tier 1 - Tier 2 institute background
End-to-end recruitment process expertise
Familiarity with Data Analytics, Data Science, and AI/ML
Generate ideas and execute best practices for Innovative talent pool building
Proficient in sourcing and candidate identification
Diligent data and tracker management
Previous experience managing small teams
