Responsibilities:

  • Capable of handling both Manager and Individual Contributor roles.
  • Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals (15%).
  • Perform individual recruiting tasks from sourcing to closing (50%).
  • Collaborate with HR operations to increase employee retention (15%).
  • Engage in organizational planning (10%).
  • Focus on employer branding and networking (10%).


You will be a good fit if you:

  • Have experience scaling organizations from 50 to 200+ employees, particularly in SaaS.
  • Possess 4+ years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Recruiter.
  • Can hire high-quality technical talent (data scientists, ML engineers, Python developers) and high-quality sales & marketing talent (growth marketers, content marketers, account executives).
  • Excel at convincing top-tier talent to join a fast-growing software startup.
  • Are highly detailed and process-oriented.
  • Take ownership of problems and develop plans to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Adapt well to a fast-growing startup culture.
  • Have a solid understanding of HR practices.
  • Hold an MBA in HR (preferred but not required).
  • Like to take ownership and thrive in fast-paced environment.
