As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of TA executives,

coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring the overall effectiveness and efficiency of

our hiring processes. You will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Head to develop

and execute effective recruitment strategies.


Responsibilities:

● Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

● Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition creation,

candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, coordinating

assessments, offer negotiations and making job offers.

● Build and maintain relationships with potential talent to create a talent pipeline.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective selection

process.

● Utilize applicant tracking systems/ Zoho to manage candidate data and generate

reports on recruitment metrics and performance.

● Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager regarding hiring progress,

challenges, and potential improvements.

● Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent

needs and provide recruitment expertise and guidance.

● Provide guidance, and mentorship to the reporting TA Executives. Set team goals,

monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.



Skills Required:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

with 6-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, or recruitment (Or) Master’s

degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 4-6

years of experience in talent acquisition, or recruitment.

● Must be from Retail Background with experience in acquisition in corporate roles.

● Proven experience in planning recruitment strategy and executing the same

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

● Competent in understanding and job descriptions for new roles

● Experience required both in volume and niche hiring
