Director Talent Acquisition

Team of 15+, the incumbent would report into the India TA Head.
Experience Required - Minimum 16+ Years (Experience from a GCC or Product Organisation in Technology Hiring is MANDATORY)
Should have 10+ years experience in managing teams across India.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and overseeing the talent acquisition function across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in talent acquisition, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing recruitment teams. The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and drive the execution of effective recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and growth plans.
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to forecast staffing needs and create strategies to address talent gaps.
Utilize data and analytics to drive recruitment strategies and continuously improve hiring processes.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the talent acquisition team.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that supports professional growth and development.
Recruitment Operations:
Ensure the implementation of efficient and effective recruitment practices to attract top talent.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources as needed.
Employer Branding:
Develop and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
Oversee the creation and implementation of employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
Diversity and Inclusion:
Promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
Develop strategies to ensure a diverse candidate pipeline and foster an inclusive hiring environment.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
