Head Talent Acquisition:Our client is looking for a forward-thinking leader who can expertly manage the complexities of talent acquisition and drive top-notch recruitment practices, and promote a culture of speed, innovation and quality.-

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports company goals and growth objectives.-

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.-

Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.-

Oversee the entire lateral recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.-

Lead Campus driving and position the company as one of the aspiration place to join among top colleges-

Employ innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology platforms to build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs.-

Analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.-

Design and implement recruitment processes that ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding.-

Drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with internal teams to attract top talent and enhance the company's brand reputation.-

Manage the talent acquisition budget to ensure optimal use of resources.-

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continually enhance the talent acquisition function .Key Skills Required :-

Over 14+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective recruitment strategies across various industries and roles, including technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.-

Deep knowledge of the current recruitment landscape and emerging talent acquisition trends.-

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing recruitment teams.-

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.-

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.-

Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.-

Experienced in partnering with and overseeing the implementation of recruiting technology platforms
