- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continually enhance the talent acquisition function .Key Skills Required :
- Over 14+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective recruitment strategies across various industries and roles, including technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
- Deep knowledge of the current recruitment landscape and emerging talent acquisition trends.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing recruitment teams.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experienced in partnering with and overseeing the implementation of recruiting technology platforms
