Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and onboard part-time mentors, industry experts, and influencers to join our growing network. The ideal candidate will have a passion for networking and recruitment, with a keen understanding of the EdTech industry and the value that influencers and mentors bring to our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- . Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit part-time mentors, influencers, and subject-matter experts from various industries to collaborate with our platform.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with mentors and influencers, ensuring they align with our brand and values.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research to identify top influencers and mentors in key domains such as technology, business, data science, etc.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring mentors and influencers understand the platform, its goals, and the value they’ll provide to learners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align mentor and influencer outreach strategies with current business needs.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Handle negotiations, agreements, and contracts with influencers and mentors.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the performance and engagement of mentors and influencers to ensure they are delivering value to learners.
- Outreach Campaigns: Manage campaigns and initiatives to attract mentors and influencers through social media, networking events, and online platforms.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles, preferably in EdTech or the education industry.
- Networking Skills: Strong network of influencers, mentors, or industry experts, with a proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey the value of collaboration with our platform.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating contracts and partnerships with external talent.
- Knowledge of EdTech Trends: A solid understanding of the EdTech industry and the role of influencers and mentors in driving learner engagement.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience sourcing and onboarding mentors and influencers for education-related platforms or tech industries.
- Familiarity with talent sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and social media channels.
