Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a talent acquisition specialist to help with our hiring needs. You’ll work closely with leaders to fill key openings in the teams. You’ll have the chance to be part of a startup work culture that takes ownership of their work and constantly strives to go beyond the necessary.

We serve more than 2000 customers across six continents, helping with voter registration and GOTV efforts in the US, party leadership races across Canada, advocacy campaigns in Australia, voter outreach in Belgium, the presidential election in Columbia, and multiple grassroots campaigns across the world. What are the responsibilities?

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Take complete ownership and manage end to end recruitment
  • Undertake a few operational tasks if need be

What are the skills required?

  • 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition for a software product company (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Interest and experience in startups and internet business is a plus.
