Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mogg's Estate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the desired qualifications and responsibilities for each position.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews to identify top talent.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process from start to finish.
Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
