What are the responsibilities?
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Take complete ownership and manage end to end recruitment
- Undertake a few operational tasks if need be
What are the skills required?
- 2 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition for a software product company (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Interest and experience in startups and internet business is a plus.
