Position Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Sales who will play a crucial role in our transition from a small team to a large, efficient sales organization. This role requires someone with a strong background in both B2B sales, sales operations, and team management.
Total Compensation (TC):
40-130 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Management Systems:
Establish and maintain systems for setting sales team goals, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication across all levels.Data Driven Sales Strategy:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance strategies, streamline processes, and achieve revenue targets.Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily operations across the sales team, ensuring efficiency and alignment with overall company objectives.Team Development:
Train and mentor sales managers to ensure they grow as leaders, maintaining high performance as their teams expand.Feedback Loop:
Create and manage processes for gathering and acting on feedback from all team members.Goal-Oriented Meetings:
Facilitate regular goal-setting and progress-tracking meetings.
Qualifications:
Proven managerial experience with a sales team in a large, well-managed company (preferably with over 200 employees).Strong background in sales, sales operations, and sales management.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Experience implementing management systems like OKRs.Ability to foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
