This role involves identifying and engaging with senior stakeholders across India’s top 1000 companies, pitching solutions, and driving conversions. The ideal candidate will be skilled at consultative and value-based selling, capable of managing complex sales cycles, and comfortable interacting with CXO- and VP-level decision-makers. Requirements Key Responsibilities Research and identify prospects within target enterprise accounts. Connect with senior stakeholders (VP and above) in HR, Admin, and Marketing functions through email, social media, and calls to secure meetings. Deliver compelling product and solution presentations tailored to client needs. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to generate new business opportunities. Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to deepen account penetration and increase wallet share. Maintain accurate and timely sales data in the CRM system. Follow structured sales processes and participate actively in ongoing sales and product training programs. What Makes You a Great Fit Primary Skills Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or a related field. 5+ years of overall sales experience, including at least 2 years selling to senior stakeholders in large enterprises (India’s top 1000 companies). Prior experience in HRTech, B2B SaaS, or corporate gifting/printing industries is preferred. Role Details Type: Full-time, with strong growth potential. Location: Remote (Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad). Working Days: Monday to Saturday (one Saturday off per month).
