Business Development Manager - Digital Product Engineering Sales for US MarketWork Location:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling one or more of the following End-to-End Digital Product Engineering Services for the U.S. Market. Prospects and customers would belong to Transportation and logistics industry.Responsible to grow the Digital footprint within the Transportation and logistics industry verticals.
Digital PES Services will include:
Cloud Services / Solutions, Application Development, Full Stack Development, DevOps, Mobile Apps Development, Analytics, Testing, Automation ServicesAI/ML/Data: Custom Analytics Products, Data Engineering, Governance and Pipelining, Data lake development and re-architecture, DataOps, MLOps.
End-to-End Sales Leadership and account managementWork with Inside Sales Executives (i.e., Lead Generators) based in BengaluruDevelop / Implement strategic and operational sales planPrimary focus on new logo huntingCreate pipeline of high-value accountsFocus will be on new customer acquisition and winning long-term strategic customersBuild, sustain and maintain long term relationship with key and strategic customersLead and coordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfactionDrive focused campaigns
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering; additional MBA preferredTotal Experience : 8-15 Years3+ Years US Sales experienceYears’ experience working and/or studying in US (strongly preferred)Domain Knowledge:
Digital Product Engineering Services and AI/ML/Data ServicesVertical Experience:
Good to have
Manufacturing, Transportation and logistics (TLS) or TLS Tech (ISV providers) domain experience with cognizance of new age tech like AI based Fleet Management, RPA/IPA, modern application development involving micro-services, Test Automation, Cloud migration, API based integration to name a few.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated ability to build digital pipeline and navigate through a complex sales ecosystem involving various partiesPrice and contract negotiation and closureAttending and prospecting in trade shows and other networking events, whenever necessaryCapability to have a CXO and Digital leadership level conversation.Capability to have high impact conversation and give suggestions on outsourcing process to the customerCapability to set buying criteria and develop coaches in large dealsShould have experience of remotely managing teams by driving, motivating and mentoring themThorough understanding of dual shore business model and related win themes and value propositionsMust have hunting experience in acquiring new blue-chip customersVery comfortable communicating / selling with customers in USProven track record in winning long-term strategic dealsHigh-energy and passion for successStrong emotional EQ and emotional resiliencyPleasant / likable personality
