About the Role

Ananda Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Admin Assistant Intern

to support the founders with daily operational tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced startup. The internship lasts for three months, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support :Assist the founders with day-to-day operational tasks.Send and respond to emails promptly and professionally.Social Media Management :Manage and respond to social media inboxes.Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication.Documentation :Create and maintain documents based on provided templates and guidelines.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation.Team Coordination :Facilitate coordination between team members for projects and tasks.Act as a liaison to streamline communication and workflows.Ad Hoc Tasks :Take ownership of any low-risk, repetitive tasks as required.Qualifications

Skills :Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to switch contexts and work on multiple tasks efficiently.Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to use AI tools like Chat GPT.Experience :Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles is a plus but not mandatory.What You’ll Gain
