Salary: Rs. 8,000/- per month (with performance based bonuses)
About the Role Ananda Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant Intern to support the founders with daily operational tasks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced startup. The internship lasts for three months, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support :
Assist the founders with day-to-day operational tasks.
Send and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Social Media Management :
Manage and respond to social media inboxes.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication.
Documentation :
Create and maintain documents based on provided templates and guidelines.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation.
Team Coordination :
Facilitate coordination between team members for projects and tasks.
Act as a liaison to streamline communication and workflows.
Ad Hoc Tasks :
Take ownership of any low-risk, repetitive tasks as required.
Qualifications Skills :
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to switch contexts and work on multiple tasks efficiently.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to use AI tools like Chat GPT.
Experience :
Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles is a plus but not mandatory.
