Job Title: Community Coordinator (Online Gaming Community Assistant)Company: Ananda ServicesLocation: Fully RemoteSalary: ₹20,000 per month with performance-based bonus incentives.

About the RoleAnanda Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to oversee the daily activities of one of our exciting projects—an online gaming community business. In this role, you will manage various workflows to ensure smooth operations and provide regular feedback to the team leader for streamlining processes. Key Responsibilities1.Social Media Management:Handle posting and engagement with the community across social platforms.Coordinate with the designer to ensure access to daily posts and communicate additional content requirements.2.Lead Management:Track leads generated through ads, ensure they join the community, and prevent lead leakage.Maintain active communication with all potential leads.3.Community Oversight:Monitor and promote online games while they’re in play.Actively engage with community members, offering support as needed.4.Data & Logistics Tracking:Create and maintain spreadsheets to organize operational data and track logistics.5.Tool Utilization:Work with platforms like Notion, Excel, Instagram, and the specific gaming platform where games are hosted.

QualificationsEducation: A degree in business or equivalent.Experience:Previous experience as a business or project coordinator or in managing daily business operations is highly valued.Background in community development and coordination is a plus.Skills:Excellent communication skills in English.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously through context switching.Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT to boost productivity and optimize business operations.
