About the Role
We are seeking a highly talented and versatile UX/UI Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design. In this role, you will oversee the design needs of two exciting and distinct brands. You’ll play a crucial role in creating engaging, high-quality visuals that drive results and elevate brand identity. Key Responsibilities
Mockups & Prototypes : Design ultra-realistic mockups of apps and websites for marketing materials using Figma.
Ad Creative Design : Develop conversion-focused and highly engaging ad creatives for Facebook, aligning with feedback from the marketing team.
Brand Visual Development : Create cohesive and innovative graphics and digital assets that define a unified brand aesthetic while generating fresh design concepts for posts and campaigns. In addition, supervise daily social media posts created by an intern while driving the brand's creative direction.
Typography & Design Trends : Exhibit a strong knowledge of typography and stay updated on current design trends to ensure fresh and modern aesthetics.
AI Integration : Utilize AI tools for research and innovation in design processes.
Learning Mindset : Develop topical expertise in the businesses and brands you work on to create designs that resonate deeply with the audience.
Qualifications
Education : Certification or degree in UX/UI design or graphic design.
Experience : Proven track record in UX/UI design with exceptional skills in Figma for realistic prototypes/mockups.
Skills :
Strong proficiency in Figma.
Strong understanding of typography and visual hierarchy.
Bonus: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Knowledge of AI tools for design research.
Ability to handle and grow from critical feedback positively.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and provide high quality output at speed.
Curiosity and a proactive mindset to learn about the industries and brands you work on.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Consistently deliver ad creatives that increase click-through rates (CTR) and resonate with the target audience.
Produce hyper-realistic mockups indistinguishable from real designs.
Push new design concepts for brand campaigns and social media regularly.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary : ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.
