Key Responsibilities: * Meet with customers and researchers on a regular basis through meetings, conference etc to: * Ensure KOL database is accurately maintained and used to develop strong KOL engagement and emerging KOL development plans * Own and drive the positive relationship with Channel Partner (Dealers) their management * Should be able to communicate the features and benefits of the products * Should be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders * Work to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets Should * demonstrate J&J Credo Value and Practices Qualifications Education: * Graduation preferable in Pharma, Medtech Field and Post-Graduation preferably MBA in Sales, Marketing Experience and Skills: Required: * Sales experience in Medical Devices, Clinical Selling * Technical Strength to Demonstrate the Medtech products * OR Experience in Orthopedics (Min 3 Years) * Selling and negotiation skill,s Communication skills Preferred: * Language requirements - Hindi and English * Travel percentage - 50% * Flexibility and Adaptation to Change: Open to learning, is in continuous personal improvement, is aware of itself and the impact it generates on others, is receptive to feedback, is flexible, adapts to characteristics that demand different situations.
