Our solutions serve sectors such as cement, steel, food,wood, oil & gas, and power plants.Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Key Account Manager/Sales (German-Speaking)to support our German-speaking clients and markets. The ideal candidate is preferably aGerman national or a German-speaking expat based in India, with strong languageproficiency (B2 or higher). You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, growingclient relationships, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle.Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to generate qualified leads in German speaking markets.- Build strong, long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, nurturing- prospects and maintaining client engagement.- Support the entire sales process, coordinating internally to ensure smooth- execution of orders from initial contact through delivery.- Communicate fluently in French and English for professional correspondence and- negotiations.- Maintain and update the sales funnel, reporting on key metrics such as weekly- leads, conversion rates, and regional sales health.- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to management for strategic planning.- Assist with team operations, including coordination and support tasks as needed.- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Number of new qualified leads generated per week- Lead-to-conversion rate- Regional sales funnel health and revenue growth- Strength and consistency of client relationshipsQualifications & Skills- German language proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).- Preferably a German national or a German-speaking expat currently based in India.- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial sectors (cement, steel, food, wood, oil & gas, or power plants).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.- Willingness to travel as required.Why Join Us- Work with a globally recognized leader in sustainable industrial solutions.- Join a collaborative, multicultural team environment.- Competitive compensation and performance incentives.- Opportunity for cross-cultural exposure and professional growth.- Apply Now to drive growth and innovation in German-speaking markets
