        We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business development executive/manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new lucrative business opportunities. As part of the business development team, you will be involved in the pitching stage and work towards ensuring successful project closures.

Job Description:-

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new business opportunities that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the BD Team during the pitching stage to ensure a positive outcome for potential projects.
  • Communicate effectively with Architects, Interior Designers, and corporate clients to understand their requirements and specifications for projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project specifications and successful closures.
  • Utilize technical and practical knowledge of Business Management processes to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and project pipelines to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Graduate + MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical knowledge or experience in relevant fields is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex business scenarios.
  • Willing to operate from Mumbai,Bengaluru & Delhi.
