Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate HR Tie-ups : Establishing connections with corporate HR departments in large corporations to generate revenue.
3. High-level Meetings and Networking: Meeting with HR Heads, DEI’s, CHROs, and CEOs of corporates and enterprises.
4. Pan India Sales Management: Overseeing sales efforts across India, which includes lead generation, business presentations, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
Research & Database Management 1. Collecting information from the internet about Industry, Competitors, etc. 2. Reach out to new customers proactively and efficiently through the current technologies such as phone calls, emails, social media accounts (e. g., , Instagram, Facebook), etc. and generate leads (B2B segment). 3. Experience in Database Management (i.e. Mailing Lists) - tracking, updating, deletion, replacing activities) 4. Representation of Data (leads) to Management in meaningful formats. 5. Execute B2B Marketing Campaigns (via online tools) and management of leads. Hard-Skills 1. Hands-on experience in MS Office, specially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PPT respectively. 2. Hands-on experience in Secondary Research Tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, and other tools. 3. Hands-on experience in Emailing Services / Tools like mailchimp, send in blue, etc. 4. Hands-on experience in using CRM tools like Zoho, SalesForce, Leadsquared or any other tool. Soft-Skills 1. Good Communication skills both Verbal and Written (excellent command over English language). 2. Willing to make outbound cold calls for preliminary introduction and sales pitches. 3. This role is both an individual and team contributor. 4. The role is target based and the same will be shared. 5. Able to handle pressure and adhere to timelines. Skills Required:
1. Networking: Access to a network of HR heads and CEOs.
2. Sales Pipeline Management: Ability to identify prospects, grow, and manage sales pipelines to meet targets. 3. Demonstrations and Presentations: Coordinating software demos and service presentations with prospects and the internal business development team.
4. Market Research and Cold Calling: Skilled in market research, data mining, and generating new potential clients through cold calling and social media platforms.
5. Communication and Scheduling: Effectively communicating with organization heads to schedule product demos.
6. Sales Pipeline Achievement: Proven capability to build and manage a sales pipeline and meet targets. 7. Communication Skills: Excellent skills in presentation, verbal, and written communication.
8. CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with the use of sales CRM tools.
9. Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining client relationships.
10. Convincing Ability and Confidence: Possessing a convincing ability with a confident personality.
11. Data-Driven Approach: Utilizing a data-driven approach towards the sales process.
Number of Working days: 6 days working, 3rd & 4th Saturday will be off.
