What will you do in a nutshell?
As a Corporate Associate , you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients in your assigned area. Your primary goal will be to pitch Zolo’s accommodation services and convince companies to establish long-term tie-ups with Zolo for their employee accommodation needs.
Job role in detail :
Business Development:
• Identify potential corporate clients in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain a database of companies with potential housing requirements.
Corporate Tie-Ups:
• Pitch Zolo’s long-term and short-term accommodation services to corporates.
• Convince companies to partner with Zolo for their employee housing needs.
• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with corporate clients.
Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
• Act as a point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their queries and requirements. Market Research and Strategy:
• Understand the local corporate market and identify trends in employee accommodation needs. • Provide inputs to the business development team to improve Zolo’s offerings strategies. Reporting and Targets:
• Meet assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports on client meetings, tie-ups, and opportunities to the management.
Qualifications Required :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in a B2B setup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the local language.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Knowledge of the accommodation or real estate industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
