Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive / Manager
Location: Vijaya Diagnostic Center, Pune
Experience: 5-10 Years
Industry Preference: Healthcare, Insurance, Telecom, Diagnostics
Salary Range: Up to ₹6 Lacs per annum

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Executive / Manager with a strong background in sales within the healthcare, insurance, telecom, or diagnostics industry. This role involves establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, driving business growth, and meeting revenue targets for Vijaya Diagnostic Center in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, especially those with healthcare needs such as annual health checkups and preventive healthcare packages.
Develop strategies to connect with HR departments, insurance providers, and corporate wellness programs.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Provide exceptional client service to address queries, customize packages, and offer solutions aligned with their needs.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor diagnostic services to corporate client requirements.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
Reporting & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop corporate wellness packages and promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of diagnostic services for corporate clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in corporate sales, ideally in healthcare, insurance, telecom, or diagnostics.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to join within 30 days.
