To be the right fit for this job, you must have a proven track record of identifying and closing new business. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities:Chase and close new businessIdentify partnership opportunitiesDevelop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expandMaintain existing businessThink critically when planning to assure project successHave strong sales personalityProspecting and lead generation including but not limited to phone calls, outside sales calls, community and industry networking, internet prospecting, engaging resources and relationships to generate new businessConvert viable prospects into active clients, owning the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to the transition of new clients to the account management teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field2 - 5 years of prior industry related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedTrack record of winning and retaining key clientsProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointAbility to conduct client satisfaction surveysWrite and submit reports to managementFormulate corporate decks to new business partnersPrior experience of working with a PR/Media/Creative/Advertising Agency is a plusWith Dharma, you can look forward to:Exciting growth opportunitiesJob satisfaction of working with Client Partners that are changing the worldCompetitive salary with attractive sales incentivesLocation: Bangalore (only)
