Sales Business Development Manager

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue for Akshya Patra Services. This individual is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting and selling products or services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. To excel in this role, one must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a results-driven approach to sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring maximum profitability.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors' strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Report on sales activities, pipeline, and opportunities to the sales manager.
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and network with potential clients.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.
