Sales Executive

Job Description:
Overview: We're seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
2. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
3. Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
5. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
6. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
7. Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and sales performance metrics.
8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
1. Experience: Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
2. Sales Skills: Strong sales skills with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.
3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to create win-win solutions.
5. Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
6. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
7. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet
8. Education: Minimum 12th from any Stream
