The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management within the IT services industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growthIdentify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold outreachBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales opportunitiesCollaborate with the delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project deliveryManage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior managementStay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tacticsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the IT services industryProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and closing skillsKnowledge of IT services such as software development, cloud services, and infrastructure managementFamiliarity with CRM software and sales forecasting toolsWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
