The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for reaching out to leads, convert them, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication with clients, and providing excellent customer service.Location - BangaloreExperience - 0-1 years of Sales Experience in the Ed-tech industry. K-12 experience is not considered. *This is an IC role and would need you to make rigorous calls to clients. If you are in an IC role or comfortable in making calls, please consider applying only in that case.* **Please refrain from applying if you have more than 1 year of experience.**QualificationsInside Sales and Effective Communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesCustomer Service proficiencyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentExperience in the cybersecurity industry is a plusMinimum 3 years of work experience is mandatoryB2C and/or Ed-tech experience preferredNote: Please note that this is full-time, on-site job opportunity, Monday through Saturday, and the timing is from 9 am to 6 pm.
