Job Description
Calling Inside Sales Manager / Inside Sales Specialists / Corporate Sales Executives / Business Development Specialists / Assistant BDM Executive with Great English Fluency, Interpersonal Skills and Having sold services or packages in b2b sales to SME's, Corporates and Business Owners. This is a full-time In office onsite role for an Inside Sales Executive at FranchiseBAZAR. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks may include prospecting, engaging with leads, conducting product presentations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Role Description
1. Identify Companies / Brands / Businesses seeking Franchisees, Partners, Distributors, Dealers and Agents and offer them our entire range of franchise marketing and recruitment services. We offer Business expansion services to all clients seeking to expand their businesses through franchises, dealers, distributors and agents.

2. Sign up clients for our Advertising Packages and other Customized Plans through which client recruit franchises, dealers, distributors using our email campaigns, discovery day programs, and franchise brokerage services.

3. Independently acquire new clients through industry contacts, cold calls, social media networking and participation in other industry networking platforms

4. You will be responsible to reach out to existing franchise companies and offer them our customized franchise recruitment services whereby clients will be able to use our webinar modules, Discovery Day programs and our offline network of agent and franchisees.

5. Most Businesses that want to expand through franchising or are seeking partners, agents, distributors work with us to help them create a franchisee network. We outsource their entire franchise expansion and save them a lot of time and cost. You will work closely with several such clients and give them franchise development solutions through our time-tested modules.

6. Travel anywhere in the country and internationally to meet national & international clients in industry expo’s, seminars and other events or as per client requirements to meet them at their HO. (For Managers Only)

Responsibility
Identify partnership opportunities with SME's seeking growth via franchising.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help our clients with A-Z franchise development solutions
Think critically when planning to provide solutions of clients with specific requirements.
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry / franchising / SME related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
Inside Sales and Sales skills
Lead Generation and Communication skills
Customer Service skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Fluent English & Hindi and Local Regional Languages for Pan India Selling.
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred

Salary Package / CTC
Inside Sales Manager: ₹10L P.A.
Assistant Corporate Sales Manager: ₹8L P.A.
Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Assistant: ₹6L P.A
The Above CTC Mentioned has 60% as Fixed Salary and 40% is Incentives / Variable based on Performance/Targets Achieved.

Skills
1. Selling: Concepts, Events, Corporate Services, Media Packages, Ad Sales, Sponsorships, Telemarketing, Email marketing, PR. Should be very good at Sales Strategy and Business Development.

2. Communication: Presentations to Cos, CXO level engagement

3. Personality: Great Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication and a pleasing personality.

4. Track Record: Go Getter, must have Persistence, Result Oriented and Be able to achieve revenue targets. Proven record in previous roles.

5. Education : Must have completed Graduation.

6. Outlook: Absolute professional with long term career focus.

7. Leadership: Multitasker with leadership skills and hunger for growth.

8. Organization: Profiling, time and resource management

9. PC: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, Social Networking.

10. WELL, SETTLED IN BANGALORE. PREFERABLY WITHIN 30 MINS OF OUR BANGALORE RACE COURSE ROAD H.O.

This is a pure business development & an exciting b2b sales role and is meant for candidates who are confident of generating revenue independently.

These openings are very suitable for F candidates as well, as it is primarily business development and does not involve fieldwork. However, you will have to have great verbal presentation, understand different types of businesses and have a consultative selling approach.
