As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives while also actively engaging in sales activities. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth managing client relationships and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Responsibilities:

- Lead manage and mentor the inside sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

- Process Optimization & Technology Utilization :
- Continuously evaluate and refine the inside sales process to improve efficiency reduce sales cycle length and increase revenue.
- Leverage CRM systems and sales automation tools to track leads manage opportunities and drive sales performance.
- Stay updated with the latest sales technologies and tools to enhance team productivity.

- Manage the inside sales budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support lead generation sales campaigns and team activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business IT or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in inside sales or account management with at least 1 year in a leadership role preferably in IT or systems integration.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions systems integration and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
