We are looking for a dynamic and well-organised Relationship Executive / Sales Executive to join our growing team at IMWOW. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients—ensuring their journey from inquiry to enrolment is smooth, informed, and positively memorable.If you are someone who loves interacting with people, solving problems, and creating meaningful client experiences while meeting performance targets, we’d love to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Engage with inbound leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media DMs with prompt and accurate responses.Provide clear and concise information about IMWOW's health transformation programs.Guide new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process while coordinating with the internal coaching team for smooth onboarding.Maintain, manage, and update client data using our CRM tools and systems.Support clients with after-enrolment needs, escalate concerns when needed, and ensure timely resolution.Coordinate with different internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.Assist in community engagement and promotional initiatives when required.Conduct data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.Meet monthly client conversion targets and contribute to overall business growth.Key Skills & Traits:Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a consultative and empathetic toneAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-interaction environmentGood organisational and time-management skillsCustomer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitudeWillingness to take ownership and deliver resultsComfort with CRM tools, Excel, and data handlingInterest in fitness and wellness will be an added bonusQualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required)Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is a plusProficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)Why Join Us?Be a part of India’s fastest-growing fitness & transformation ecosystemWork in a collaborative and high-growth environmentContribute to changing lives—one transformation at a timeSalary : ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,0000 per month (Plus Incentives)Schedule : Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate : Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education : Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience : total work: 1 year (Required)Sales : 1 year (Preferred)Language: English (Preferred)
