Security Executive

The Security Executive is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property. The role involves monitoring security operations, enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, managing security staff, and coordinating with local authorities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests, staff, visitors, and property.
• Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises to identify risks, hazards, or security breaches.
• Monitor CCTV, fire alarms, and other security systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures related to safety and security.
• Manage guest incidents, handle complaints, and prepare incident/accident reports.
• Maintain strict access control for restricted areas.
• Liaise with local police, fire, and emergency services when required.
• Conduct training and drills (fire safety, evacuation, emergency response) for staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety standards, and company guidelines.
• Investigate thefts, accidents, or suspicious incidents and recommend corrective measures.
• Maintain security-related records, registers, and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred) in Security Management/Hotel Management or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in hotel security or related field (minimum 2–3 years).
• Knowledge of fire safety, emergency procedures, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
• Basic computer knowledge for report preparation and monitoring systems.
• Physical fitness and alertness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
