Technical Lead
to guide our talented engineering team and shape the future of our tech.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Technical Lead
who will oversee the end-to-end development of our web and mobile applications. You will lead a team of 10+ developers, provide technical direction, and act as the bridge between leadership and the engineering team. This is a highly visible role where you'll be the single point of contact for technical decisions, team guidance, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web and mobile developers .
  • Architect, design, and review scalable solutions for apps and platforms.
  • Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and agile development.
  • Act as the technical point of contact between leadership and the dev team.
  • Break down business requirements into technical tasks and guide execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products with performance, security, and scalability in mind.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of web (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, , etc.) and mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, iOS, Android).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and API integrations.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of 8–12 developers.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integrations and modern SaaS products.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and project management tools.
